ABOUT
High-altitude miniguide is a transmedia work linking a board game, composed of magnetized boards, magnets and a Happy Family card game, to which is associated a mobile application on iOS and Android.

The goal is to teach young children about the French Alps and the flowers and animals that live there.
Children have to place magnets on the boards on the correct place, and in the correct season.
They can also play a Happy Family with animals and flowers cards. On these cards, there are information about the animals and flowers.

Then, they can use the mobile application to learn even more about these animals. They can flash the cards with their mobile, then answer a simple question on which the answer is on the card.
They can collect all the cards as animals, and learn their footprints, some facts about them, and their sound.

Co-designed and illustrated by Elisa Malan.
